Veener is wood that has gone through a peeling process in a rotary machine to produce thin wood sheets measuring 0.24 mm – 3 mm. Veener consists of 2 types, namely face / back veneer and core veneer. Face / back veneers are produced from MLH type logs and core veneers are produced from Community Plantation Forest ( CPF ) logs and the remaining MLH log pieces.

Veener Face / Back is the outermost layer of plywood produced from MLH logs to be processed directly in the production process. This Veener is rarely parked for long because it is immediately processed to the assembly stage.

Full Falcata

Full falcata for veneer face / back refers to the use of full falcata wood as the main material for the top ( face ) and bottom ( back ) veneer layers of wood panels, such as plywood ( multiplex ) or blockboard. Both surface ( Face and Back ) are made from Falcata ( Albizia Falcataria ).

Falcata wood is used entirely as the outer layer of the front and back veneer of the wood panel. This is different from the combination of veneers that use hardwood or other species for the face / back.

Advantages of Full Falcata is Lighter, More economical, Easy to process, Suitable for products that do not require high strength.

This type is suitable for light furniture products, decorative panels, or interior purposes that do not require high structural strength.
