Currently, we use Urea formaldehyde-based (UF) as the adhesive for our products which consist of three categories as follows.
Moisture Resistance (MR) Glue
Moisture Resistance ( MR ) Glue is a type of glue or adhesive designed to be resistant to moisture, but not totally waterproof. This glue is commonly used in the wood industry, especially for products such as plywood, blockboard, and laminated board. We use Urea Formaldehyde Glue that contains ≤ 5.0 mg/l
The characteristics of MR Glue are made from urea-formaldehyde ( UF ) resin. This glue is designed to withstand light to moderate levels of moisture. It is not suitable for outdoor use or areas that are often exposed to water directly.
Generally used in the manufacture of interior products, such as indoor furniture, wall panels, drawers, shelves, and cabinets.
E – 1 Glue
E – 1 Glue is a type of glue or adhesive used in the wood industry ( such as plywood, MDF, particle board ) that meets the E1 class formaldehyde emission standard, which is a low formaldehyde emission level and is safe for health.
E1 is a formaldehyde emission classification according to European standards (EN 717-1).
E1 indicates that wood products emit formaldehyde ≤ 0.124 mg/m³ of air ( or ≤ 8.0 mg/100g of material according to JIS standards ).
The advantages of E – 1 Glue are that it is environmentally friendly and safe for indoor use. Suitable for home furniture, interiors, children’s rooms, and offices. We use Urea Formaldehyde glue that contains ≤ 1.5 mg/l
E – 0 Glue
E – 0 Glue is a type of glue or adhesive in the wood industry that has the lowest formaldehyde emissions compared to other classes. This is the highest class in the formaldehyde emission standard, making it the safest and most environmentally friendly.
E – 0 is a standard that indicates that the level of formaldehyde released by the product is ≤ 0.5 mg / L ( according to the JIS / Japan Industrial Standard test ).
Products with E – 0 Glue are suitable for indoor use, especially those that require high health standards, such as homes, schools and hospitals, children’s rooms and environmentally friendly projects ( green buildings ).
The advantages of E – 0 Glue are Safe for health, Very low emissions – almost undetectable. We use Urea Formaldehyde glue that contains ≤ 0.5 mg/l.
